My Order Has Shipped, But My Tracking Information Hasn’t Been Updated

Find out why tracking updates may be delayed and what to do if you don’t see tracking progress after your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you may not see tracking updates immediately for a couple of reasons, depending on the value of your order.

Tracking for Orders Under £40

Orders valued under £40 are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. This service includes basic tracking, which confirms delivery but does not offer detailed tracking updates along the way. This means you’ll only see tracking information once a delivery attempt is made.

Tracking for Orders Over £40 or International Orders

For orders over £40 and all international shipments, tracking updates may not start immediately while your order is in the early stages of processing with the carrier. Please wait 24 hours and then check again to see if there are updates.
