Haven't received the email to update your payment method?

What to do if the email with your payment update link hasn't arrived.

When you ask to update the card on your subscription, an email is sent to you automatically with a secure link to enter your new payment details. The email comes from hi@togetherhealth.co.uk but it can sometimes be filtered away from your main inbox. If it hasn't arrived, here's how to find it:

  1. Give it a few minutes: The email is sent automatically and usually arrives right away, but's worth waiting around 10 minutes before assuming it hasn't arrived.

  2. Check your spam or junk folder: Automated emails like this one often land here. If you find it, mark it as "not spam" so future emails reach your inbox.

  3. Check your other inbox tabs: If you use a provider which auto-categorises emails, have a look in the Updates and Promotions tabs as well as your Primary inbox. Other providers may file it under a similar category folder.

  4. Search your inbox: Search for the subject "Update your payment method for Together Health" across all folders to catch it quickly.

  5. Check the email address: Make sure you're looking in the same inbox linked to your account. If you checked out using PayPal or Apple Pay, the email may have gone to a different address.

Still no luck? Drop us a line at hi@togetherhealth.co.uk with your name and the email on your account and a quick explanation of the issue and steps you have taken.
