When you ask to update the card on your subscription, an email is sent to you automatically with a secure link to enter your new payment details. The email comes from hi@togetherhealth.co.uk but it can sometimes be filtered away from your main inbox. If it hasn't arrived, here's how to find it:
Give it a few minutes: The email is sent automatically and usually arrives right away, but's worth waiting around 10 minutes before assuming it hasn't arrived.
Check your spam or junk folder: Automated emails like this one often land here. If you find it, mark it as "not spam" so future emails reach your inbox.
Check your other inbox tabs: If you use a provider which auto-categorises emails, have a look in the Updates and Promotions tabs as well as your Primary inbox. Other providers may file it under a similar category folder.
Search your inbox: Search for the subject "Update your payment method for Together Health" across all folders to catch it quickly.
Check the email address: Make sure you're looking in the same inbox linked to your account. If you checked out using PayPal or Apple Pay, the email may have gone to a different address.
Still no luck? Drop us a line at hi@togetherhealth.co.uk with your name and the email on your account and a quick explanation of the issue and steps you have taken.
