How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription with Together Health, rest assured that the process is straightforward and user-friendly.

There are a few different methods to go about it:

1. Cancel Yourself: The quickest and most efficient method is to do it directly through your account. All you need to do is log in and follow the cancellation procedure. For your convenience, here is a direct link to cancel.

2. Get Help from Our Team: Our dedicated team is available to help you with the cancellation. However, please note that it's advisable to reach out to them at least 2 working days before your next subscription order to ensure a smooth process. Here's how you can contact them:

  • Live chat during office hours: Our team is readily available to chat during office hours, which are from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. You can cancel your subscription instantly through this method.

  • Live chat outside of office hours: If you find it more convenient to reach out outside of office hours, simply leave a message using the chat widget. Our team will attend to your request as soon as possible.

  • Via Email: You can also cancel your subscription by sending an email to hi@togetherhealth.co.uk. Please provide your name and last order number in the email to facilitate the process.

Please be aware that if a subscription order has been charged, we usually cannot halt the order fulfilment. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If a subscription has already been shipped and you no longer wish to keep the order, you will need to return the unopened packs to us. Upon receipt, we will initiate the refund.
