I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

Don't panic! Some activities such as leaving a review and referring a friend have approval periods, view the activity in your account for more information on these. Also, the servers can sometimes take a few minutes to process your activity and provide your points. If you think you should have received points by now but can’t see your points in your account, please email hi@togetherhealth.co.uk.
