What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

If this happens in the 7 day approval period your pending points will simply become cancelled. If this happens outside of the approval period your approved points will be removed from your account. If the points have already been spent we will monitor your account and your Together Rewards account may be blocked if we believe you are in violation of our T&Cs.
