Your cash will need to be spent on vouchers in the Together Rewards tab of your account. You just need to choose if you want a voucher to use on a one-time order or a subscription. Depending on your choice, the redemption process vaires slightly:
One-time purchases: Once you claim your voucher, you will be shown a unique code; copy this copy. Then you can just add the products you wish to purchase to your basket. Once you checkout, you will see a box to enter your discount code. Apply the code, and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the cost of your order minus shipping.
New subscription products: This involves the same process as one-time orders except you choose a subscription voucher. Simply enter your discount code at checkout.
Existing subscription: After claiming a subscription voucher you will be asked what upcoming order you'd like to apply it to. Simply choose the order, and the system will apply the discount.
