Our products are as gentle as possible but it’s still feasible they may upset some people, if this is the case let us know and we’ll refund you right away. If you feel the product is just not working for you we ask that you at least take it consecutively for three weeks (this is usually how long it takes to feel the difference). This is not a requirement, but if you want the product to work this gives it the best chance.
The only limitation we place on the guarantee is three product returns per person, but only one return of the same product. If the guarantee is attempted to be used beyond three products we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
