Tailoring Your Nutrient Intake: Women's vs. Vegan Multi

Distinguishing the benefits of Women's and Vegan Multi and how they cater to different dietary needs.

Updated over a week ago

All Together Health products are vegan-friendly, but our Vegan Multi is specially designed to support plant-based diets. It focuses on providing high doses of nutrients that vegans might not get enough of from their diet. Our regular multivitamins like Men's & Women's Multi offer a range of nutrients but at lower levels than the Vegan Multi.

Generally speaking, plant-based diets often contain more nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. A vegan therefore does not always need supplements with a wide range of nutrients. There are certain nutrients that are not as abundant in plant-based diets however, our Vegan Multi targets these nutrients in higher doses than would be possible in a general multi.

For extra dietary support, you can use the Women's Multi along with the Vegan Multi. This combination covers all general health needs and the specific needs of a vegan diet. Many customers choose this mix for a more comprehensive nutrient intake.

In summary, our multivitamins are designed for different dietary needs: the Women's Multi for a general nutrient boost and the Vegan Multi for specific vegan dietary requirements. Choosing either or both supports your health.
