When selecting a supplement, you might wonder about the capsule size. At Together Health, we use three main capsule sizes: Size 00, Size 0, and Size 1.
We've specially chosen these sizes to make our products easy to take. Additionally, most of our capsules can also be split open, and their contents can be mixed with food and drink. This is especially effective with thicker liquids where the contents can be suspended, such as smoothies or yoghurts, as most are not soluble.
